摘要
为了有效延长鲜黄花菜的保藏时间,提高其经济效益,采用正交试验法研究了黄花菜的最佳气调贮藏温度、成熟度和处理方法.贮藏期间对黄花菜的失重率、好花率、V-C含量、总糖含量和呼吸强度进行了测定.结果表明,成熟度为4级的黄花菜在2℃的贮温下,用还原铁粉作吸氧剂、6-BA作保鲜剂处理,保鲜效果好,28d后仍有商品价值.
In order to investigate the way of freshkeeping of daylily flower ,an rthogonal test is adopted in the experiment to study the best storing temperature ,ripe degree and dealing way of modified atmosphere package of fresh daylily flower .Weight loss ,good flower ratio , Vitamin C , total sugar and RI are measured during storage . The results reveal that using 6BA as freshkeeping agent and choosing the fourth grade flower , at 2 ℃, is the best measure. The daylily flower remains commercial quality over 28 days.
