水稻恶苗病菌对不同抗性品种生理生化指标的影响 被引量:2

Effect of Fusarium Moniliforme on Three Enzymes' Activities and Isoenzyme Patterns in Different Resistant Rice Varieties

摘要 对不同抗性品种感染水稻恶苗病后体内赤霉素含量及α 淀粉酶的活性进行了测定。结果显示 :抗病品种叶片及茎秆中赤霉素含量的增量均低于感病品种 ;同时随着品种抗病性的增强 ,接种后植株体内的α-淀粉酶活性上升得也愈慢。同工酶的凝胶电泳显示 :感病品种有 5条酶带 ,抗病品种则少 2条带。 In this paper, the gibberellin content and the α-Amylase activity in different resistant rice varieties were measured after being inoculated by Fusarium moniliforme. The results showed the increment of gibberellin content of resistant variety was lower than that of susceptible one in both leaves and stems. At the same time, the more resistant a variety was, the less?α-Amylase activity could increase. The electrophoretic isoenzyme patterns also indicated that susceptible variety had 5 enzyme patterns, while resistant variety only had 3 patterns. The tendency was according to that of gibberellin content and?α-Amylase activity.
