There were more than 20 species of weeds,belonging to 12 families,in peanut field in Taixing city.The period of weed growth was as long as 53 days and there were two obvious peaks of weed growth,which were in the 15 th and 30 th day respectively after wheat was harvested.The good economic benefit could be obtained when weeds' control in the 30 th day after wheat was harvested.
