摘要
研究无接种情况下乙肝流行病的数学模型,给出对疾病传播有重要影响的再生数,得到了无病平衡点和地方病平衡点的全局稳定性,并对不同的参数进行了数值模拟.
In this paper the epidemic model of hepatitis B without vaccination has been studied. The basic reproductive number for this model is defined. The global stability of the disease free equilibrium and endemic equilibrium is obtained. The numerical simulation is made for different parameters.
