摘要
在Oxley的切屑形成模型基础上,根据切削力预报反问题的原理及其求解建立了一种更为精确的切削力预报算法,预报过程可以显示切削参数和刀具结构对前刀面边界条件和材料常数的影响.切削力预报统计结果表明,主切削力的平均误差为1.2896%,径向力的平均误差为3.1917%,尤其适合高速切削.
A new and more accurate prediction algorithm for cutting forces is got from inverse problem of cutting force prediction and its solution process based on Oxley′s cutting model. The prediction process can show the dynamic variation of the relationship between the cutting parameters , cutting tool structure and the boundary conditions of rake face and material constant. The statistical results of cutting forces prediction show the mean error of main cutting force is about 1.289 6% and that of radial cutting forces is about 3.191 7%, the results show that this procedure especially can obtain good effects for high speed cutting.
