摘要
基于四价铈的强氧化性对二甲基黄的氧化褪色作用 ,建立了流动注射测定稀土样品中铈的新方法 ,选择了先进的操作技术 ,探讨了最佳工作条件 ,检测波长为 5 2 0nm ,测定线性范围为 0 - 8.4μg/mL ,进样频率为 16 0次 /h ,方法简便、快速、准确 ,选择性好 ,用于测定稀土样品中的铈时 ,得到了满意的结果。
A new method for determination of cerium in rare earths sample by flow injection analysis was estabished,based on the discoloring of dimethyl yellow strongly oxidated by cerium(Ⅳ).Advanced technique was selected and the optinum condition was investigated.The working wave is 520 nm.The calibration curve is rectilinear from 0.0 to 8.4 μg/mL,sample frequency is 160 times/h.This method is simple,fast,accurate and has good selectivity.It has been used to determined cerium in rare earths with satisfactory results.
