摘要
本文根据流变量测原理,对SiO2为悬浮粒子的ERF在温度从10℃到50℃,电场强度从0到2500V/mm,剪切率从40/s到120/s的电流变传性进行了试验研究,并对ERF的ER特性及机理做了适当的阐述.结果表明ERF的温度依赖关系是可分离变量的,剪切应力的对数与绝对温度的倒数成正比,ERF近似为幂律流体,稠度系数是电场强度的三次函数,流动特征指数是场强的递减函数.
This paper is basis on the principle of the rheological measurement. Through the experimenting research about the ER behavior of the suspension in silicone oil of ultrafine silica particless coated with a surfactant, the article analyze the ERproperties and mechanism of the ERF. When the experiment done, the temperature varied from 10℃ to 50℃; the electric field intensit were up to 2. 5 kv/mm; the shear rate for the experiments were 40-120/s.the analysis proved the temperature propertise of the ERF is separately variable. The logarithm of the shear stress is proportional to the 1/T. The T is the figur of the absolute temperature. ERF is the fluid that obeythe power law approximately. Its viscosity coefficient is the cubic functions of the electric field intensities. The index number of the rheological properties is theprogressively decreased functions of the electric field intensities.
