摘要
铸锭经均匀化处理后可将粗大的Mg2Si铸造组织相溶解到固溶体中,随后再冷却使Mg2Si以细小质点均匀析出,改变了铸锭内部的组织状态,减少了偏析,从而提高了铝型材的表面质量.
Ingot homogeneous solution can dissolve the hardening phase of Mg2Si, and make the Mg2Si separate as small grain out from solid solution after cooling. Hence, homogenizing changes the interior structure of the ingot and eliminate the segregation, and improves the ingot quality and the surface quality of 6063 Al alloys.
