摘要
提出条件亚正定矩阵的概念 ,研究了它的性质和特征 ;
The concept of conditioned subpositive definite matrix is proposed. The properties and the characteristics of the matrix are studied. Finally, these are applied to solve the system of linear equations and quadratic programming.
