摘要
研究了吐温 80 - (NH4 ) 2 SO4 - H2 O液 -固萃取体系对苯酚、邻硝基苯酚和邻氯酚的最佳萃取条件 ,结果以吐温 80的浓度 (体积分数 )为 10 .5 % ,盐的种类以硫酸盐最好 ,其浓度为 1.5 1m ol· L- 1 ,萃取酸度 p H 5 .87.对模拟水样中苯酚、邻氯酚、邻硝基苯酚进行了萃取 ,用 HPL C检测 ,其回收率分别为 86 .8%、 95 .7%、10 0 .2 % .总酚回收率 90 .2 % .可用于水中酚类污染物的萃取 .
The best extraction conditions of phenol, o nitropnenol, o chloroprene by using the Tween80 (NH 4) 2SO 4 H 2O liquid solid extraction system were studied. The Tween80 volume ratio at 10 .5 %, the (NH 4) 2SO 4 concentration at 1.51 mol·L -1 , the extraction acidity at pH5.87 have been chosen. Under the above conditions, the extraction results of phenol, o chlorophnol and o nitrophenol from the imitated water sample were detected by HPLC. Their recovery are 86.8 %,95.7 %and 100.2 %, respectively. The recovery of total phenol is 90.2 %. This method can be used to clean the phenolic pulluted substances from the water.
