摘要
目的 :研究了阿斯匹林的热稳定性及热解动力学 .方法 :采用 TG热重仪测定药物的热解曲线 ,用多条升温速率法Freem an- Carrollde法和 Ozawa法处理热重数据并比较热解活化能和热解温度 .结果 :计算出阿斯匹林的热解动力学参数活化能、指前因子、反应级数 ;热解动力学方程为 dα/ dt=1.15× 10 8e- 96 .0 4 /RT(1- α) 1 .91 .结论 :阿斯匹林片剂的热稳定性大于原药 .由于阿斯匹林对温度敏感 ,应低温储存 .阿斯匹林在室温下分解 10 %约需 2 .0 8a.
Purpose: to study aspirin drugs′ thermal process and kinetics of thermal decomposition. Methods: to investigate the non isothermal kinetics of thermal decomposition of aspirin drugs with Freeman Carrollde method and Ozawa method by TG techniques and to determine drugs′ stability by comparing their data of activation energy and temperatures of their thermal decomposition. Results:the thermal decomposition processes and mechanism functions of drugs were suggested, and their activation energy( E ), reaction order( n ) and frequency factor( A ) were also obtained respectively. The thermal decomposition kinetics equation of aspirin can be expressed as: d α /d t =1.15×10 8e -96.04/ RT (1-( α ) 1.91 . Conclusion: stability of the tablets is bigger than that of materials. Being sensitive to temperature, it is suggested that aspirin should be stored in low temperature properly. The shelf life that aspirin decomposes 10 % at room temperature is estimated 2.08 a.
