摘要
针对人员素质评价问题 ,把熵权评价模型与评价的风险熵度量模型有机结合起来 ,对评价指标如何选取 ,评价方案是否有效以及评价的风险控制等问题 ,通过案例 ,作出了分析探讨 ,为人员素质评价方案的设计及风险控制 ,提供了一种新的分析工具和思维方法 .
This paper apply entropy measure method to personnel ability evaluation, combine theory with a example of case, analyze some problems of evaluation :collect index of evaluation and measure evaluation effect and measure or control risk of evaluation. It not only put forward a measure method but also brings forth new ideas.
