摘要
进行了催化电解法制备二氧化氯和催化剂涂层的研究工作.结果表明,电解催化法制备的ClO2,其纯度可达95%以上,最高产率接近4×10-7g/s·cm2,反应速率提高了1倍.同时,由于电极表面催化剂的存在,降低了反应时的分解电压.同时还考察了不同催化剂组分以及温度对产率的影响.
Based on the methods of catalysis and the electrolysis, the authors prepared chlorine dioxide with chlorate reduction in electrocatalytic process. The purity of chlorine dioxide is up to 95%, and maximal generation rate is near 4×10-7g/s·cm2. Moreover, because of the existing of catalyst on the electrode surface, the voltage of chlorate decomposition reaction has declined. The authors also studied the effect of different catalyst components and the active time of electrode on the catalytic efficiency.
