精神病患者依从性与心理护理的研究

Comprehensive Paychological Nursing for Drug Compliance of lnpatients with Schizophrenia

目的 :观察综合性心理护理对精神分裂症患者服药依从性的影响 方法 :88例住院精神分裂症病人 ,被随机分为单用药物治疗的对照组 (44例 )和药物治疗基础上配合综合性心理护理的护理组 (44例 ) ,分别在入院时和第八周末 ,对两组患者的服药依从性进行评定 结果 :在治疗第八周末 ,护理组的ITAQ、NOSIE评分显著高于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ;患者服药依从性比较 ,护理明显优于对照组 (P <0 0 1) 结论

Objective The purpose of this study was to explore the effect of comprehensive psychological nursing for drug compliance of inpatients with schizophrenia Methods 88 inpatients with diagosis of schizophrenia were randomly assigned into two groups;nursing group(44 cases, accepted comprehesive psychological nursing on the basis of drug therapy) and control group(44 cases,accepted drug therapy only) The drug compliance of schizophrenic patients were evaluated before treatment and at the end of eight week during treatment Results The drug compliance in nursing group was significantly better than control group at the end of eight (P<0 01) Conclusion Comprehensive psychological nursing can improve drug compliance of schizophrenic inpatients
