摘要 资料显示,液晶显示器(LCD)是日本将要淘汰的技术,有步阴极射线管(CRT)后尘之倾向。然而,接手LCD的正好是台湾。台湾企业只重近利,一窝蜂地抢食,导致生产过剩、价格滑落,而新技术的兴起与取代没有跟进,未来堪虑。在有机发光显示器(OLED)方面,台湾企业也大规模投入,但专利权被欧美垄断,没有重大技术突破与获得专利,将来可能又要遭遇低档产品或代工的命运。本文在比较各种显示技术优劣、发展瓶颈以及企业竞争优势的基础上,提出一项尚未开发研究,但具有未来产业潜在的技术:硅显示器。这种硅显示器技术很值得投入金钱与时间去开发。 The reference clearly shows that the techniques of LCD will be discarded by Japan.It will go into history as that of CRT.The second runner is Taiwan.Taiwan investors put eyes on the bonus of a short period and crowdedly take part in,lead to an over-production and down the price,more over,the new techniques has been developed,the future of LCD in Taiwan should be worried.At the OLED aspect,the efforts have also been put for several years,but the patents are allowed by the United States and British,it is no hearing of key patent being acquired at Taiwan.Their products will be focused on sublevel and the industry will be another OEM.This paper compares the advantages and thresholds of the techniques among he modern displays and suggests a new tech niques:Si-display that may be integrated and have the potential to be the main stream tech-niques on the next generation display.
