摘要
利用扫描电子显微镜 (SEM)分析了电子束焊缝中熔质元素分布 ,以及焊接过程中熔池流动与熔质分布的关系。熔质分布与材料物理性能及焊接状况密切相关 ,其决定因素是熔池波动以及蒸气冲击力。强烈的熔池波动和熔体紊流可以使熔质分布均匀化 ,但金属等离子蒸气冲击力会在焊缝中形成局部区过度富积熔质 ,而电子束流扫描搅拌可促使熔质元素分布均匀化。
The element distribution in an electron beam welding (EBW) seam was analyzed with a scanning electron microscope (SEM). The relationships among the flow of the melting metal and the element distribution in the EBW process were discussed. Both of the physical properties of the metal and the parameters of the EBW are nearly relative with the element distributions. The element distribution is decided by the surge of the welding pool and the impact of the metallic vapor. The fluctuation of the welding-pool can form the average distribution of the element, but the impact of the metal vapour can made the enriched element in the local range of welding pool. The scan & stir of electron beam can further made the element distribution uniformly.
