摘要
以某露采工程为例 ,阐述了在市场经济条件下 ,编制大型有色露天矿投资估算时 ,必须结合工程承包制和企业自身特点进行编制 。
Taking one open pit mine engineering as example, it is elaborated that under market economy the investment estimation of large scale non ferrous open pit mine must combine with the system of engineering contract and enterprise characteristic. The problems need to pay attention and the counter measure are put forward.
