摘要
2003年矿产开发管理工作要在十六大精神指引下,巩固和发展治理整顿的成果,推进采矿权市场建设,规范中央和地方管理职能,实现采矿权管理方式转变,强化宏观调控力度,进一步完善矿产资源开发管理体系,加强管理队伍建设。
The management and development of mineral resources in 2003 should be performed as the following: the consolidation and development of the achieved results in rectification and administration, advancement in the construction of the mining right, the normalization of the central and local government management function, the realization of administration mode in the mining right, the strengthening in macro-control & adjustment, the further improvement of the system in the management and development for mineral resources and the enhancement of the construction of the personnel in mineral resources management.
