摘要
针对我国中小型电动机出厂检验及维修后检验不能达到国标GB1032-85要求的现状,研制了基于步进电机测量三相异步电动机电磁参数的智能测试分析装置。本文重点讨论了控制与数据采集环节的硬、软件的实现,使之测试数据准确,性能稳定可靠,达到了国标要求。
In view of the current situation that the domestic medium and small-sized motors are not up to the state standard GB1032-85after the inspection for delivery and maintenance,an intelligent testing analysis device on the base of stepper motor is developed for measuring3-phase asynchronous motor electromagnetic parameters.The paper emphatically discusses the realization of both hardware and software in controlling and data collecting,which makes the testing data accurate and the performance stable and reliable enough to reach the state standard.
