为在CAD CAPP系统中准确判断尺寸精度等级 ,详细分析了尺寸公差值的分布规律 ,提出确定其精度等级的公式化方法 ,推导出相应的计算公式 ,并给出尺寸公差到精度等级的自动转换程序 ,在实际系统中得到验证。

In order to judge accurately the precision grade in an automatic system of CAD/CAPP,the distributing rule of dimension tolerance value is analyzed in detail.Describes a formulated method for determining the dimensional precision grade,deduces the functional relation formula between the dimension tolerance and its precision grade,and further achieves the automatic transformation by a programmed practice on PC computer,and verifies successfully it in a CAD/CAPP system.
