摘要
介绍了机床数控软件化体系结构及其相关技术。该体系结构将数控机床运动控制与工艺性能控制分离,分别由两个基于PC的控制器控制,其软件具有独立于硬件的性质,而且运动控制的软件是通用的。对基于该体系结构的机床主控系统进行了研究,用VISUAL C++实现了主控系统的控制软件,并且通过试验验证,取得了满意的效果。该主控系统可以支持齿轮加工和复杂曲面的加工,大大简化了工艺软件的编制。
A master control system of a hardware independent architecture for CNC machine tools is introduced. The system is developed with visual C++, which is running on the Windows system. The functions of the .developed system are described. An ellipse-cam milling machining is used to verify the practicability and reliability of the developed system. The effectiveness of the developed system and the reliability of the hardware independent architecture for CNC machine tools are successfully demonstrated by the experimental results.
