摘要
无模铸型铸造工艺是将离散 /堆积成形原理与树脂砂工艺有机结合 ,采用两次喷射成形的新概念和方法。对影响无模铸型铸造工艺成形精度中的一个重要因素凝聚单元体的形状尺寸进行了定性和定量分析 ,从而为造型工艺参数匹配提供了理论依据 ,并进行了实验验证。
Patternless casting manufacturing (PCM) technique utilizing new concept of double scanning combines the principle of discreteness and deposition with traditional resin-sand technique. In PCM the important factor affecting on building precision is the congregation unit. The shape and dimension of the congregation unit is analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively in this paper, thus it provides theoretical basis for matching technical parameters. Experiments are made to verify the analysis.
