摘要
增速箱系统包括箱体和传动系统。构造了增速箱系统实体模型 ,采用自由网格划分和映射网格划分方法建立了系统动力分析有限元模型 ,应用三维接触有限元法求得齿轮啮合动态激励 ,在工作站上用 I-DEAS软件研究了增速箱系统的固有特性和动态响应。
The speed increase gearbox system includes housing and driving system.A solid model of the whole system is constructed. Then the system dynamic model is established by using free meshing and mapped meshing. The inner dynamic excitation is obtained by 3D contact finite element method. Using the finite element analysis software (I-DEAS), the normal characteristics and dynamic responses of the whole system are studied.
