摘要 多孔质材料节流器比传统的节流器具有显著的优点 ,如设计和制造简单、很高的承载能力和刚度、优越的阻尼特性 ,甚至更加复杂的多孔质空气静压丝杠螺母副也能够获得。在对多孔质气体静压轴承分析时 ,多孔质材料内部流体的惯性效应以及多孔质轴承表面的速度滑移对所建立的简化数学模型的应用是一个很大的障碍。给出了在得到多孔质轴承的静态特性时需要考虑的问题 ,如惯性效应、速度滑移、多孔质表面粗糙度以及多孔质平板的变形等。 Amongst its many advantages over conventional restrictors porous restrictors are of the simplicity of design and manufacture, higher load capacity and stiffness and superior damping characteristics. Even complicated bearing geometry, such as aerostatic lead screw, can be achieved without difficulties. Inertial effects in porous media as well as velocity sliding at the porous bearing and film interface, have prevented from using simple mathematical models for the analyses of porous aerostatic bearings. The paper presents some problems needed consideration on acquiring the static performance,e.g. inertial effect, velocity sliding, porous surface roughness and porous deformation etc.
