摘要
针对多气门发动机对连杆小头普遍存在减薄的要求 ,综合分析目前国内外的连杆小头减薄加工方法现状 ,在大量工艺试验的基础上 。
Owing to wide requirements,the objective of this paper is to show a new method to solve thinning out the small head of connecting rod in the multi valve engine at high efficiency.The technology involved in the paper is to integrate hith efficient belt grinding with cylindrical columniation wheel grinding.It is based on analysis of present status and lots of experiments for thinning out the small head of connecting rod.
