Integrated capillary electrophoresis chip has attracted more and more attention now.In this paper,the characteristic,the application and the detection of the chip are all presented.The optimizations of the optical path of detection,including the optical source,the main objective and the confocal pinhole,are also referred in detail.At last,the experimental sesults are given.
