摘要
针对梅钢150tLF炉设备、工艺等对该炉现行供电制度进行了分析。结合150tLF炉电气、热工参数绘制出“电热特性曲线”,提出以连铸为中心的合理供电制度方案,最大限度地发挥设备能力,在降低电耗、电极消耗的同时,降低车间炼钢成本,优化炼钢工艺流程。
Based on the equipment and process of 150t ladle furnace in Meishan Iron&Steel Co .,Ltd,the current power supply system are analyzed.Combining electric and thermal parameters of 150t ladle furnace,'Electroheat characteristic graph'is drew and the program of power supply system of centre on concasting are advanced.Give play to the ability of equipment to the greatest extend,low electric energy consumption and electrode consumption and at the same time low the cost of shop steelmaking,optimal steelmaking process flow are realized.
