通过生产实践证明,渣浆泵过流部件以选用高铬铸铁、冷铁加冒口、空淬加回火的热处理生产工艺为最佳方案,护套使用寿命可达两个月。
To sum up experience of production practise,it was showed that it is a best plan to produce flowing parts of slurry pumps to use high chromilom cast iron and riser add demsener technology、heat treatment of air quenching with tempering.Outer protector can be used two month.
