摘要
230柴油机缸盖是柴油机的复杂件,受热受冲击较大,要求机械性能较高,因此要用高牌号的合金耐磨铸铁(MTCrMoCu-300)浇注。但高牌号合金铸铁收缩较大,同时铸件本身结构复杂,芯子数量较多,因而造成铸件产生缩松、缩孔的倾向很大。本文从铁水的浇注温度、铸型的内冷铁、浇注系统几个方面分析230缸盖的铸造工艺。
230 diesel engine's cylinder head suffers a great deal of heat and impact. Its mechanical property is very important. So it must be casted using MTCrMoCu-300. At the same time, it have complex structure and numbers cores. As a result, it will product a deal of shrinkage defect. In the paper, the foundry technology will be discuss about pouring temperature, chill iron and pouring system.
