摘要
磨料水射流的性能主要取决于磨料颗粒的冲击速度。本文分析了后混合磨料水射流中磨料颗粒与水混合效果差、磨 料颗粒速度低的原因,提出了四种新的混合方式,并从机理上进行了阐述。
The performance of abrasive waterjet depends on the impact velocity of abrasive. In the paper, the reason of badly mixed between abrasive and water in sub- mixed abrasive waterjet is analyzed, then four new mixing methods are put forward and their mechanisms are expounded.
