通过一些实例,分析了住宅设计和使用普遍存在的各种误区、误解以及不安全隐患,同时提出了使城市住宅建设健康有序发展的几点建议,旨在打破“方盒子”的建筑观念,创造出更多的优秀建筑设计。

In this paper through some engineering examples several misunderstanding and hidden danger of safety in residential design and using are analyzed. At the same time some helpful suggestions are proposed to acquire health and orderly development of city residential construction in order to break square box conception and create more excellent building designs.
