摘要
分析了国有施工企业青年队伍不稳定因素的原因,阐述了做好青年队伍稳定工作的原则和方法,指出企业以发展求稳定,效益保待遇才是留住人才、用好人才的根本。
The unstable reasons in ideology of youth in state owned enterprises are analyzed. According to those the principles and measures are elaborated to do well in stabilizing work. Author points out that the development and benefit of enterprise are foundation to retain talents.
