摘要
分析了工程造价出现偏差的主要原因,提出了进行主动控制的观点,并阐述了控制造价的对策,指出通过加强项目决策研究,建立工程造价信息系统,以设计阶段为重点的控制等途径来提高工程造价的管理水平。
In this article the main causes led to deviation in project cost are analyzed. The viewpoint of active control is proposed, at the same time countermeasures for control cost are elaborated. And the author pointed out that intensifying project decision research could improve the management level of project cost.
