速避凝治疗急性脑梗死进展型50例疗效观察

The Fraxiparin in the Treatment for Acute Cerebral Infartion of Evoluing Type of 50 Cases.

目的 :观察速避凝治疗急性脑梗死进展型病人的疗效及治疗前后的血液黏度指标变化。方法 :对 5 0例急性脑梗死进展型病人应用速避凝 0 .4ml腹部皮下注射 ,每 12h注射 1次 ,10d为 1疗程 ;对照组5 0例急性脑梗死进展型病人用低分子右旋糖酐 5 0 0ml加脉络宁注射液 2 0ml静脉输注 ,每日 1次 ,14d为 1疗程 ,治疗前后测血液黏度指标。结果 :治疗组总有效率为 92 % ,对照组总有效率为 74%。临床疗效比较有统计学意义(P <0 .0 5 ) ;治疗组血液黏度指标也明显改善 ,且明显低于对照组 ,无继发出血。结论 :速避凝治疗急性脑梗死进展型能显著改善临床症状 ,降低血液黏度。

Objective:Perceive the effect of the Fraxiparin for acute cerebral infarction of evoluing type and observe the chang of blood riscosity figure.Methods:Proride the 50 patients of acute cerebral with Fraxiparin of 0.4 ml subcutaneous injection in abdomen every 12 hours once.10 days is a curative perial.In the comparison group,Timpose low molecular dextran of 500 ml and injection adjusting apparatus of 20 ml on the 50 patients,which is one time of each day by using intravenous injection.And 14 days is a curative perial.Test the blood viscosity of pre-treatment and after-treatment.Results: The effective percentage of the curative group is 92%,but in the comparison group it is 74%.There is a great difference between them and P<0.05.The blood riscosity is lower than comparison group.It can not only dearease the blood riscosity,but also prevent blooding constantly.Conclusion:The Fraxiparin is useful for acute cerebral infaration of eroring type,and it improve the clinical symptom,decrease the blood riscosity while the side effect is little.
