摘要
从无卡轴旋切机的原理出发,推导出刀具进给速度与驱动辊转速、驱动辊直径、圆木外径、切削厚度等参量之间的函数关系,并依据该变速进给模型,设计出新型的无卡轴旋切机控制系统。结果表明,该系统提高了单板的加工精度与木材的利用率。
According to the principle of Log-core veneer lathe, the function relation of knife-carriage feeding speed, driving roller's rotate speed and diameter, log diameter and cutting thickness had been deduced. By the variable-speed feeding speed, the control system of Log -core veneer lathe had been designed. The result indicated that making precision and lumber's using rate had been increrased.
