经茎乳孔和星状神经节同时注射药物治疗面神经炎1382例效果观察

Treatments for Bell's Palsy by Injecting Drugs into Stylomastoid Foramen and Cervicothoracic Ganglion Simultaneously

目的 为了探讨经茎乳孔和星状神经节同时注射药物治疗面神经炎效果。方法 选择了面神经出颅部位茎乳孔处及同侧星状神经节处同时注射药物。茎乳孔和茎乳管是面神经干肿胀后最易受卡压部位 ,通过在该区域注射药物 ,阻止面神经的水肿 ,阻断面神经的水肿受卡压而引起的恶性循环。星状神经节注射药物改善面神经和肌肉的血供 ,增加了神经和肌肉的营养。结果 茎乳孔处及同侧星状神经节处同时注射药物 ,阻断了面神经的水肿受卡压而引起的恶性循环及改善同侧头面部神经、肌肉的血供和营养 ,保护了面神经的解剖结构和功能。 1994～ 2 0 0 1年共治疗患者 1382例 ,取得显著效果。结论 此法能使面神经功能较快恢复 ,疗效确切 ,安全 ,实用性强 ,治愈率高。经 1～

Objective To study stytomastoid foramen and cervicothoracic ganglion ingiecting drugs.Methods Injecting drugs into the trunk of the facial nerve as it emerges from the skull (the stylomastoid foramen) and the cervicothoraeic ganglion simultaneously. The stylomagtoid foramen and the stylomastoid canal are places, which press the facial nerve easiest after the edematization of the facial nerve. In this paper the injections of drugs into these two places prevented the facial nerve from edema, interrupted a vicious cycle resulted from the press of the facial nerve after the edematization of the facial nerve, and protected the anatomical structures and functions consequently.Results The injection of drugs into the cervicothoracic ganglion enlarged the ipsilateral blood vessel of the head and face, removed the vasospasm, improved the blood circulation, increased the blood circulation of the facial paralysis' side, improved the nerve and muscles' nutrition and accelerated the recovery of nerve and muscle's functions. In the 1 382 patients with Bell's palsy, all of them recovered completely in six-year's follow-up, none of them had a relapse, serious side effects or sequlae.Conclusions It is a reliable and safe treatment for Bell's palsy and has a high practicability and cure rate and is an ideal treatment for Bell's palsy indeed.
