宪法至高无上 ,是国家的根本法。但日常生活中总被我们忽视 ,感觉不到它的存在。本文从最高院 8.1 3司法解释入手 ,讨论了宪法效力的强弱两种形式 ,即宪法的可诉性和违宪审查制度。

Constitution, as the supreme and basic law of the state, is actually neglected frequently in our daily lives. Based on the August 13 th judicial interpretation by the Supreme Court, the paper discusses the strong and weak form of constitution's force-suability and judicial review, and puts forward the view that constitution's life embodies in its application.
