经尿道内镜术治疗前列腺术后膀胱出口梗阻

Transurethral Endoscopic Treatment for Bladder Outlet Obstruction Subsequent to Prostatic Surgery

目的 探讨经尿道内镜技术治疗前列腺术后膀胱出口梗阻的疗效。 方法 采用经尿道内镜术治疗 35例前列腺术后 (经耻骨上前列腺摘除 30例 ,经尿道电切 5例 )排尿困难 ,经尿道膀胱造影或尿道膀胱镜检查证实为前列腺尿道部或膀胱颈狭窄的病人。 结果 35例均获成功 ,拔除尿管后均排尿通畅 ,无尿液残余 ,少部分病人有尿频 ,但经对症处理很快改善。 结论 经尿道内镜术处理前列腺术后膀胱出口梗阻安全、可靠 。

Objective To study the effect of transurethral endoscopic surgery for bladder outlet obstruction subsequent to surgical intervention of prostatic hyperplasia. Method Thirty-five patients with stricture at the prostatic urethra or at the cystic neck subsequent to prostatic surgery were treated with transurethral endoscopic technique. Result Satisfactory effect was achieved in all cases with free urination, except a few patients complaining of frequent voiding which was quickly improved by expectant treatment. Conclusions It is effective and safe to treat bladder outlet obstruction subsequent to the surgery of prostate by endoscopic approach. It is the method of first choice.
