摘要
目的 探讨电针中膂俞抑制膀胱活动亢进的传入神经机制。方法 应用免疫组织化学方法及图象分析技术 ,定量观察电针中膂俞对活动亢进膀胱传入神经递质 SP和 CGRP的动态作用过程。结果和结论 电针中膂俞中可抑制膀胱传入末梢SP和 CGRP的释放与合成 ,降低膀胱传入神经的过度兴奋 。
Purpose To explore the afferent nerve mechanism of Electro-acupuncturing Zhonglushu (BL 29) in inhibiting bladder overactivity. Methods The dynamic changes of neurotransmitters SP and CGRP in bladder afferent nerves were detected by immunohistochemistry method and image analysis technique after electro-acupuncturing Zhonglushu (BL 29).Results and Conclusions Electro-acupuncturing Zhonglushu (BL 29) can inhibit the release and synthesis of SP and CGRP in the blagdder afterent nerves endings, reduce the overactivity of bladder afferent nerves, thus to inhibbit the bladder overactivity.
