摘要
目的 :探讨黄精多糖 (黄精的乙醇提取物 )对高脂血症实验兔血脂及其主动脉内膜泡沫细胞形成的影响。方法 :高胆固醇饮食建立实验动物模型。血脂测定采用终点法 (氧化酶法、直接测定法、免疫比浊法 )。光镜观察主动脉内膜粥样硬化形成情况。结果 :黄精多糖 (1.6mL·kg-1·d-1)能显著降低高脂血症实验动物的血清TC ,LDL C和Lp(a)浓度和减少主动脉内膜泡沫细胞的形成。结论 :黄精多糖对实验动物具有调脂作用和抑制动脉内膜泡沫细胞形成。
Objective:To study the influence of polygona-polysaccharose on the blood lipid levels and the formation of the aortic foam cells in the experimental hyperlipoidemic rabbits. Methods :The experimental animal model was made by hypercholesterol diet.Blood lipid concentration was determined by endpoint method.The formation of atherosclerosis was observed with microscopy. Results :Polyona-polysaccharose significantly reduced serum TC,LDL-C,LP(a) and aortic foam cells in the experimental rabbits. Conclusion :Polygona-polysaccharose have certain effects of cholesterl-lowering and decrease the formations of foam cells on the aorta in the experimental rabbits.\;
