摘要
目的 :建立测定芪麝颈康丸中青藤碱含量的方法。方法 :采用HPLC法。样品用 70 %乙醇超声提取 ,在C18柱上以甲醇 乙腈 水 二乙胺 ( 18∶14∶5 8∶0 .1)为流动相 ,在波长 2 65nm处检测。结果 :其线性范围为 0 .378~ 1.89μg ,回归方程为Y =175 4.5 6X -10 .35 ,r =0 .9996,回收率为 99.44% ,RSD为 1.82 %。结论 :该方法简便 ,准确 ,重现性好 。
Objective:To establish a method for the determination of the contents of Sinomenine in Qishejingkang bills.Methods:The sample was shaken in an ultrasonic bath by 70% Ethyl alcohol. The contents were determined by HPLC, with column C 18 as stationary phase, methanol-acetonitrile-water-Diethyl Amine(18∶14∶58∶0.1)as mobile phase and UV detector at 265 nm.Results:The content of Sinomenine had a good linearity at the range of 0.378~1.89 μg,Y=1 754.56X-10.35,r=0.999 6. The average recovery was 99.44% and RSD was 1.82%.Conclusion:The method is rapid, reliable and simple, and can be used in the quality control of Qishejingkang pills.
