The Tissue Culture to Obtain Regenerative-plantlet of Blumea Aromatica

目的 :用组织培养获取山风再生植株。方法 :以山风腋芽为外植体 ,在 MS+BA2 .0 mg· L- 1 +NAA0 .2 mg· L- 1 培养基上诱导丛生芽 ,丛生芽转入 1/2 MS+NAA 1.5 mg· L- 1 培养基上诱导生根。结果与结论 :外植体经 4～ 5周诱导培养 ,可分化形成具 8～ 10个芽的丛芽 ;小芽苗在生根培养基上经 3周培养 ,可形成具 3～

The tissue culture of Blumea aromatica was done to obtain the regenerative plantlet of Blumea aromatica . The anillary bud of Blumea aromatica is used as an explant to induce rosette buds on the tissue culture medium, MS+BA2.0 mg·L 1 +NAA0.2 mg·L 1 . The rosette buds are transferred to the tissue culture medium of 1/2 MS+NAA1.5 mg·L 1 to induce roots. After 4～5 weeks' inducing culture, the explant differentiates and becomes rosetle buds, which become regenerative plants with 3～5 stout roots after 3 week culture on the root striking culture medium.
