山西省四所高校文理本科毕业生心理健康状况的研究

Mental health status of liberal arts and science of graduates in four universities of Shanxi province

目的 探讨应届大学文理科毕业生的心理状况。方法 采用症状自评量表 (SCL - 90 )对山西省省内四所不同类型高等学校的 948名应届本科毕业生 ,进行调查并与全国常模比较。结果 山西省大学毕业生整体心理健康状况差于同龄青年 ,总的心理问题检出率为 15 0 1% ;四所高校间比较 ,发现医科大学毕业生整体心理状况好于其他三所高校毕业生 ,且与同龄青年心理健康水平相当。文科类学生的SCL - 90各因子分均高于理科类学生 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5～P <0 0 1)。

Objective To study on mental health status of the graduates in four universities of Shanxi province Methods A totalof 948 graduates from 4 different universities were tested with the SCL-90,andcompared with the national norm Results All the graduates mental health status was inferior to the contemporaries,there was about 15 01% of graduates who had psychological problems Among the 4 different universities medicalgraduates had a better mental health status than other universities students Their mental health status was the same as contemporaries The SCL-90 factor scores of liberal arts students were higher than those of the science students There was significant difference between two groups( P <0 05 to P <0 01) Conclusion It suggests that the mental health status of the students in normal universities need to be paid close attention
