摘要
热刺激电流技术是研究电介质电荷存储及陷阱能级分布的有力工具,因此开发了热刺激电流试验系统,它由加热装置、微电流测量装置(静电计Keithley6514),温控仪.直流高电压发生器、真空系统、计算机等部分组成。以Lab-view为软件平台实现了电流、温度的数据实时采集和存储。在国际上首次测量了厚达1mm的氧化铝陶瓷的热刺激电流曲线。
Thermally Stimulated Current technology is a powerful tool for studying the charge storage and trap distribution of dielectrics. The experimental system of TSC is composed of heating device, electrometer Keithley 6514, and the temperature control system, etc. Based on Labview software workbench, the temperature and current data is recorded and stored at real-time. The TSC of Alumina ceramics with 1 mm thickness is measured for the first time in the world.
