摘要
设计了典型参数下的三通道伪火花放电开关及其陶瓷表面放电触发器,进行了空气介质下的放电实验,测得了伪火花放电的气压范围,给出了开关的耐受电压曲线,计算了开关的电流上升陡度,比较了相同尺寸下的单通道伪火花开关。试验结果表明,采用多通道结构后,开关的通流能力由单通道的40kA提高到120 kA,电路的电流上升陡度提高约20%,而电极烧损则大大降低。此开关具有良好的触发性能,在2~30 kV的放电电压下,放电电流的时延及其抖动分别为50~340 ns和15~40 ns,其最低可触发开关电压为600V.
In this paper, a prototype pseudospark switch is designed,and experiments in air have been carried out. Discharge curve is measured; the rate of current rise are calculated from experimental data. The prototype switch has max. hold-off voltage of 37 kV, max. peak current more than 120 kA, current reversal of 90% and rate of current rise of 78 GA/s. A new ceramic surface flashover trigger of pseudoapark switch unit provides an excellent delay of 50~ 340 ns and jitter of 15~40 ns at the switch voltage of 2~30 kV. The emitted plasma electron density is high enough to trigger switches reliably down to discharge voltage of 600V.
