摘要
铜铬广泛用于真空开关 ,作为真空断路器的触头材料。为了提高铜铬触头材料的分断能力 ,在其中添加了高熔点金属钽。研究了Cu2 0Cr5Ta触头材料的截流水平及分断能力 ,并与常用的Cu5 0Cr、Cu2 5Cr进行了对比。发现在触头尺寸相同、采取同样触头结构的情况下 ,Cu2 0Cr5Ta的电流极限分断能力比Cu5 0Cr、Cu2 5Cr强 ,而且Cu2 0Cr5Ta具有更低的截流水平 ,因此Cu2
Copper chromium is widely used in vacuum switchgear expecially in vacuum circuit breaker as contact material. In order to improve the current interrupting ability tantalum with high melt point is added as additive. The chopping current level and the current breaking ability of Cu20Cr5Ta was measured compared with those of Cu50Cr and Cu25Cr. The test results show that under the same conditions the interrupter with Cu20Cr5Ta as contact material can break much higher current than those with Cu50Cr and Cu25Cr, howerever the chopping current Cu20Cr5Ta is among the lowest. Consequently Cu20Cr5Ta can be good contact material for vacuum switchgear.
