Research on Complex Electronic Equipment′s ATS Based on VXI Bus

基于VXI总线的复杂电子装备自动测试系统（ATS），以VXI测试系统为核心完成数据采集和测控，战场检测车VXI系统和后方VIX系统通过公共通信网和卫星通信网构成远程支援系统。系统采用外置式GPIB控制方式。系统硬件包括外置主控计算机，VXI总线模块仪器，GPIB仪器，信号转接组合以及适配器等，系统软件采用LabWindows/CVI编制，包括网络编程和测试软件编辑两部分。

An Complex Electronic Equipment′s ATS based on VXI bus accomplishes data acquisition, test and control.The battlefield test vehicle and rear VXI system constitute long-distance battlefield supporting system by the common communications and satellite communications network. The system adopts outer GPIB control mode. The hardware of system includes main-control computer, VXI bus module instruments, GPIB instruments, the signal transfer unit and adapters etc. The software of system adopts Lab Windows/CVI to design network program and test program.
