摘要
论文叙述了在依据国际电工委员会标准 IEC 6 10 33:1991制定国家标准 GB/ T 110 2 8- 1999《测定浸渍剂对漆包线基材粘结强度的试验方法》过程中 ,应用数理统计学中 t分布检验验证扭绞线圈试验方法测定浸渍剂粘结强度时 ,固化工艺、破坏速度 (时间 )及在不同的温度下处理时间对浸渍剂粘结强度的影响。同时简述了该试验中采用通电加热线圈固化方式存在的问题。
This paper studies the effect of the preparation processes and break ways on the bond strength of the impregnating agents with the twisted coil during the verification of IEC 61033 in order to establish our corresponding national standard.The effects of immerging time,dropping time during preparating the twisted coil samples as well as keeping time at high temperatures,loading speed to break the samples are analysed by means of mathematic statistics.In the mean time,it points out that electric heating itself to cure the immerged twisted coil is difficult to control temperature acurately in IEC 61033.
