300 MW、600 MW锅炉的偏差温度是引起再热器爆管的一个重要原因,在再热器系统表现为沿炉宽方向右1/4区域汽温较高。介绍了采用再热器旁通管束来降低偏差的原理及计算方法,以及该系统目前在国内的使用情况和旁路的选择要点。
The deviation is a important reason causing reheater tube failure of 300MW and 600MW boiler. It is experienced that steam temperature is higher at right 1/4 area of reheater system. The principle and calculation of reducing the deviation by reheater bypass system, current application at home and how to select are introduced.
