摘要
软件成本估算是软件项目管理的关键步骤 ,也是软件项目计划的难点。对当前流行的软件成本估算技术进行分析和比较。针对我国电力行业的实际情况 ,利用比较成熟的软件成本估算模型COCOMOⅡ (ConstructiveCostModelⅡ ) ,对一个应用软件进行成本估算 ,得到令人满意的结果。
Software cost estimation is an important process of managing software and also the difficult issue in software project planning. Present techniques on software cost estimation are summarized and compared. Based on the actual situation in China electric power industry, COCOMOⅡ(Constructive Cost Model Ⅱ), the mature model of software cost estimation is used for software cost estimating. The satisfactory result is acquired. Some proposals about the cost estimation of application software in electric power industry are put forward.
